Is this a placement service or contingent recruitment?

No. This is a consulting/BPO engagement where you pay for time and expertise, not placement fees. You retain full control over all hiring decisions and own 100% of candidate data. We operate as an extension of your talent acquisition team.

Do I need a long-term contract?

Pay-as-you-Go has no minimum commitment. Priority Retainer plans are month-to-month. Only Dedicated Pod engagements require an 8-week minimum to ensure proper team integration and ROI.

What happens to my candidate data?

You own it, period. All candidate records, communications, and pipeline data belong to you. You can export anytime, and we delete your data upon request after engagement ends. No shared candidate pools across clients.

Can I switch between packages?

Yes. You can scale up or down with 30 days notice. Many clients start with Pay-as-you-Go, move to a Retainer as volume increases, then add a Dedicated Pod for high-intensity hiring periods.

Do you work with our existing ATS?

Absolutely. We can operate within your existing ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) or provide our managed platform if you don't have one. Platform Services are optional and can be added to any consulting package.

What if I use more hours than included in my plan?

Overages are billed at standard Pay-as-you-Go rates with your approval. We'll notify you when approaching your monthly limit so there are no surprises. Unused hours on Retainer plans roll forward for 30 days.

How quickly can we get started?

Pay-as-you-Go and Retainer engagements can start within 3-5 business days after contract signing. Dedicated Pods require 1-2 weeks for team formation and onboarding. Platform setup takes 3-7 days depending on complexity.
